The laboratory is equipped with a real-time profiling SBE911plus CTD system,containing secondary T and C sensors with secondary pump,SBE32 Carousel Water Sampler with 12 12-liter bottles and 8 auxiliary sensors for dissolved oxygen, fluorescence,turbidity, etc., Acrobat LTV-50XE towed vehicle with a wide variety of underwater instrumentation,and TRDI Monitor 600kHz ADCP,which can study the physical characteristics of the ocean(e.g. distribution of temperature,sality and density) and current characteristics.At the same time,it has R&D pool and equipments to develop physical, chemical, biological and geological sensors.
