On the afternoon of October 18, 2023, the SOO held a workshop on international student exchange programs for undergraduate students. This workshop invited Mr. Jia Ziyi from International Affairs Division of SJTU to introduce university level international programs, and three undergraduate students of SOO who participated in 2023 summer international program to share their experiences. Vice Dean Tian Bingxue, Secretary of Academic Affairs Wang Yijia and undergraduate students from all grades attended the workshop. The workshop was hosted by Secretary of Foreign Affairs Wen Jie.

Ms. Jia Ziyi from SJTU International Affairs Division introduced various international programs of university level, and interacted with SOO undergraduate students.

Three undergraduate students, Han Luyu, Li Hongshuo and He Qiaoyu, introduced their experiences of participating in HKUST online course program, the Oxford University Summer program, and the Hong Kong Polytechnic University summer program respectively.

Secretary of Foreign Affairs Wen Jie introduced SOO international exchange programs for undergraduate students.

Vice Dean Tian Bingxue made speech on encouraging students to proactively participate in international exchanges to enrich life experience and improve personal competitiveness.

This workshop helped SOO students better understand different types of international exchange programs, and build clearer minds on how to improve personal competitiveness through international exchange programs.
